Fun in the city!

Eager Elephants go to the city!

Last week the Busy Bees went to Auckland City. 

First we got a bus to Mount Victoria in Devonport and had morning tea at the top of the volcano! 

We loved the views, climbing on the cannon and rolling down the hill! 

Next we walked through town to the beach. We played in the water, made sandcastles and played on the playground. Then we had a yummy ice-block in the sunshine! Finally we got the ferry to town and the bus took us back to school. We had an awesome day!

We have used this to buy new resources for the classrooms.

Today we had an amazing time playing with our new pirate ship!

Balloon and Bubbles - Discovery Time with the Outrageous Orangutans!

We have Discovery Time every Friday. 
It is always lots of fun! 
This week we spent Discovery Time with Miss Robertson and the Outrageous Orangutans.
We used lots of HOM's - Working Together, New Ideas, Persistence, Listening, and Finding Humour!
